ReferMe Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ReferMe and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Definitions

a. ReferMe:

The revenue-sharing platform operated by Faulcon Enterprises LLC.

b. Business Portfolio Manager (BPM):

A user who introduces businesses and earns platform fee.

c. Business:

Any entity introduced to the platform via ReferMe.

d. Platform:

The ReferMe website, dashboard, and associated services.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

4. Business Portfolio Manager (BPM) Agreement

a. Referral Model

BPMs earn revenue by referring businesses to ReferMe’s partnering platforms. BPMs receive 100% of the platform service fee from transactions generated by the businesses they refer.

b. Referral Code Policy

Each BPM is issued a unique referral code. Misuse of referral codes.

• including self-referrals, fraudulent behavior, or code manipulation
• will result in account termination.

c. Payout Policy

Each BPM is issued a unique referral code. Misuse of referral codes .

• Payouts are issued weekly via Stripe.
• Minimum cashout threshold: $10
• BPMs are responsible for reporting and paying their own taxes

d. BPM Conduct

• No spamming, harassment, or misrepresentation
• BPMs agree to act in good faith and uphold ReferMe’s values

5. Financial and Payment Policies

a. Fees and Charges

• Customers: Flat $1.25 service fee per transaction
• Businesses: Platform fee for cash-outs (percentage adjustable by ReferMe admin)

b. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. ReferMe does not store your financial credentials.

c. Refunds and Disputes

ReferMe does not issue refunds on behalf of businesses. Disputes must be handled between the customer and the service provider.

6. Communications and Marketing

a. Notifications

By creating an account, you consent to receive emails and texts related to platform activity, payment alerts, and promotional content. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time.

b. Use of Data for Marketing

Aggregated and anonymized data may be used for internal analysis and marketing purposes.

7. Platform Protection

a. Limitation of Liability

ReferMe is a referral platform and is not responsible for services provided by businesses listed on the platform. We make no guarantees about service quality.

b. Disclaimer of Earnings

There is no guarantee of income. BPM earnings are performance-based and vary depending on user activity.

c. Account Termination

ReferMe reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.
